Burfee Delights
Burfee is a sweet confection from the Indian subcontinent. Burfee is made from condensed milk, cooked sugar, klim and other yumminess until it solidifies. It has a delightful taste and texture it is also known as Mithai (a sweet). Here are pics of various ways to ‘serve’ burfee or the ice-cream one was for a wedding gift.
